Branca Tower Entrance Ticket

1. Branca Tower Entrance Ticket

In the 1930s, Milan built its totem in the clearing of Parco Sempione. Designed by Gio Ponti, this tower is considered a true work of art in which modern architecture and new techniques meet. Slim and transparent, a true architectural challenge, it was erected in record time – just two and a half months. The beautiful casing and wall, facing the side of the park in high-strength transparent crystal, allow a perspective view of the tower from the inside. Made from a special steel, flanged and bolted, the tower is 108.60 meters high. Today, a modern elevator can bring 7 people at a time to the top in less than one minute.

Citysightseeing provides a pretty straightforward experience - you get on the bus with the audioguide for the major landmarks and districts you'll see. It saves you so much time from having to walk from place to place. While you won't get the intimate experience of every place, it does allow you as a traveler to gloss through each part of town. In my case, Milan has 4 bus lines reaching out to all parts of the city. I know for sure when I travel abroad again I'll be using Citysightseeing's services. The 24, 48 and 72 hour passes provide flexibility.

It was a really great experience! The only thing that was not so great was the green line that should be more frequent, otherwise we were left waiting for more than an hour.

We had some extra time in Milan, so we chose to see the vineyard. The villa is amazing to walk through and the grounds are beautiful. The audio is very informative.

Nagyon nagy élmény felmmenni és onnét megnézni Milánot. A személyzet nagyon kedves, türelmesen kivárta amíg bámészkodtam.

Great tour of important areas of Milan. Comfortable ride.
