Full description
Make sure to bring your appetite for this day out: you certainly won’t go hungry. Heading inland to mingle with the locals, you will discover the true meaning of the Cypriot saying "kopiaste", meaning "come join us".
The first stop is Kolossi plantation, where you can refuel with some fresh lemonade. Next, it’s on to Agros to sample the homemade Cypriot sweets and learn about rosewater production at the rose and sweet factory. You will also get the chance to tuck into some local smoked meats.
Lunch is another homemade affair, served in the village of Pelendri. Spend the afternoon tasting Cypriot wine as you take in the view over the valley. Make sure to bring your camera along for the ride through scenic highlights.
