Full description

Be collected from your accommodation in Panama City to start the day trip. Drive 2.5 hours to San Blas Port, Carti, and then take a local Panga boat to the first of the San Blas islands. First arrive at Pelicano Island, made famous by the Netflix series Money Heist. Enjoy a light breakfast of fresh fruit and coffee and take some time to sunbathe with hammocks. Towels will be provided.

Then take the paddleboards and your snorkel gear and go paddle to Ucubusi Island where you will find one of the best reefs to snorkel in San Blas. Discover a variety of colorful fish species. Afterward, enjoy a lunch of fresh fish, rice, and salad. After lunch, head to the natural swimming pool. Chill out on a bank of sand in the middle of the ocean where you can walk or swim around to find your starfish. Finally, visit a local community where you will see how the locals live. You can try the coconut bread made on the island, and see how molas are made by the grandmas on the island. Sail back towards the port and return to Panama City in the evening.

The road to get there is not suitable for the impatient or for people who get dizzy! The road is destroyed and the journey is too long for the time you stay on each island! Too much round trip and please bring water or buy it at the first stop !! Later on the jetty there is nothing !! Eye The food is very rich but despite the kindness of the inhabitants, the weather and conditions are insufficient for the excessive arrival time They only take you a while per island, that is, about half an hour per place !! And although our driver Crescencio was unbeatable !! I do think that they should think better about going if they get dizzy or feel bad easily in the car

The tour was well organized, the pickup was on time and we had an amazing day in the San Blas Islands. In total we were on four islands and had a great guide who speaks good English. However, one should not underestimate the drive to the beach - about two of the three hour drive goes through the middle of mountains with bad roads. Nevertheless, a day trip that is definitely worth it.

It was the second time I took this tour. There was a delay in the morning due to a couple being late, no fault of the company. The tour I took the other time was less busy, this was the only point I found bad. We arrived at 11 am on the first island, lunch was at 11:30 am. Then we went to a sandbar in the sea and then to an islet where we could snorkel. Then to a larger island where our guide told us the history of the Guna Yala. The other time, we watched a typical dance and stayed longer on this last island, my impression is that time was better spent the first time. But the tour is incredible. The islands are truly paradisiacal and knowing their history is very worthwhile. They are a very welcoming people and that makes the time by car and boat until the arrival worthwhile. Our guide Keneth was wonderful, super kind, polite, friendly... We loved it!
