This tour offers a very efficient way to visit a fabulous site. The tour operator is extremely well organized and makes every effort to accommodate people. It is mainly a transportation service with some commentary during the road trip. You are dropped at the West (uphill) gate of the valley and picked up at the East gate. People who are not comfortable doing their own research can either go with a site guide or rent an audio guide. The site should not be missed. Highly recommended.

Comfortable trip to the Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of the Temples. The guide was informative and chatty up to the Valley itself where he didn't actually enter and we had to resort to using a local private guide. Had the guide actually joined us in the Valley and led us through it then the experience would have merited that 5th star.
