What people are saying about Palace of Charles V

Hamdi was our tour guide and he gave us an excellent tour of the Alhambra and many other monuments. His knowledge is very well rounded on Andalusian history and history in general. A very pleasant experience and he was kind enough to give us a number of gifts, which we are very thankful for. Hamdi was very interactive with us while giving us the tour and he was also very flexible in the timings. A perfect tour with nothing to complain about. Certainly not our last tour here and hoping others get to live this experience. The tour is much recommended to others and especially with the guide Hamdi. أفضل ارشاد سياحي للسياح العرب أو المسلمين، المرشد حمدي خلوق و مثقف بدرجة عالية و عيشنا تاريخ الأندلس الجميل في غرناطة. انصح الكل فيه.

Excellent value for money to visit all of Granada… Everything of interest is included in the package, including the entire Alhambra (Nasrid palaces included). Only one QR code to present at each visit. There is even a 2-hour guided tour for a nocturnal discovery of Albaycin and Sacromonte… Be careful, it's on foot. , not always easy after a busy day…. But the pass is valid for 48 hours…. The only downside is having to pick up the pass at the agency in an area that is not very accessible by car... It would be better to be able to print it at home...

The Full Day Ticket is perfect for exploring the Alhambra. You can get to all areas and the morning appointment for the Nazrid Palace was great. There weren't that many people there. An additional audio guide to explain the complex is a must have. Only costs 6€ extra. Just make sure it's fully charged. Mine was already over before leaving the Alhambra (about 30 minutes beforehand, OK since I've seen everything, but it's still a shame)

Alambra is a “must be visited” kind of place. I don’t think it’s necessary to get a guide as you can find many áudio tour guides online for free, but if you a person who likes having someone explain then you should get a guide. Also, you can buy cheaper tickets than here!! Still, the ticket was okay and I had no problem in access all the places I was allowed to with my ticket!

Alhambra: Arrival and departure was difficult. All taxis occupied. Would have been good, a phone no. to have for a taxi. We just hadn't reckoned with the difficulties of finding the way on foot. Our entrance time to the Nasrid Palace was 7pm, but we had to return the audio guide at 8pm. That was stress!
