Bangkok: Midnight Food Tour by Tuk-Tuk

1. Bangkok: Midnight Food Tour by Tuk-Tuk

Get off the beaten tourist tracks and follow a well-planned route to savor typical Isan food from northeast Thailand, the best Pad Thai in town, scrumptious chicken fried noodles, and much more. See the landmarks of the Old Town along the way as you pass temples and flower markets without the tourist crowds. Explore and wander the complex of the peaceful Wat Pho, which is also known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, at night. Enjoy a drink at a rooftop bar with a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River with Wat Arun on the other side of town. The experience will end just before midnight and you will be transferred back to your hotel in Bangkok downtown by a tuk-tuk driver.

Bangkok: Markets, Temples and Food Night Tour by Tuk Tuk

2. Bangkok: Markets, Temples and Food Night Tour by Tuk Tuk

Discover the beauty of Bangkok by night, and visit sites that most tourists only see during the daytime. Zip thorugh the streets of Bangkok in the back of a tuk-tuk and stop to try some delicious food and drinks. Visit sights like the Wat Pho, Wat Aru, the flower market, and Chinatown. Take a walk through local Bangkok night markets, such as the 24-hour flower market that comes to life as the night goes on. You may even be surprised with stops at places you’ve never heard of! While the temple buildings may be closed at night the grounds are often beautifully lit up at night and you will walk around two temples including the famous Wat Arun. You’ll also stop to sample some of the best food in the city, whether that be random snacks in a market, some of the city’s best noodles, or dessert in Chinatown. You certainly won’t go hungry, so there’s no need to eat beforehand! Vegetarian food options are available throughout the tour. During most of the tour you’ll get around by tuk tuk, and traveling at night should mean a lot less traffic and cooler temperatures than during the day.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with this tour. Our guide, Net, was the best part. She was so sweet, showed us great eats and has the best energy ever. This tour helps you to try things you wouldn’t normally on your own and just truly completes a Bangkok experience. Please book this tour! Also the tuk tuk drivers were a lot of fun.

It was great!!! I am so glad we did it. Natt with his team made us feel as locals, we went to a lot of places and saw first hand, how some things are done by locals, the tuk tuk drivers were so good, they took care of us the whole trip. The group of people we shared the tour with, was very friendly and we had a good time together.

Glad that we took the tour! It is the most fun city tour that I had to date. Not too touristy, a lot of local and personal touches. Worth every penny! Highly recommended. We had Yas as tour guide and it was awesome! The tour, the food, the group of people - it is a blessed pleasure!
