We had to wait 40 minutes after the arranged pick up time with no communication, we then got picked up but then had to change transport after 5 minutes without being told what was happening. We joined a group of others, who must have booked on through a different provider. We went to an argon oil cooperative instead of a pottery house, which was on the reasons we booked this tour so was a shame to have not done that. The hike up to the waterfall was stunning, and the guide was nice and helped people who were struggling. Walking shoes are definitely needed and a reasonable level of fitness. Definitely worth a visit, but we were let down by the delay in pick up and not visiting the pottery house

Organisation de la prise en charge très compliquée et longue car ils regroupent toutes les réservations des divers prestataires. Ce n’est pas la meilleure expérience concernant la balade à dos de dromadaire. Visite d’une maison berbère très intéressante, et coopérative d’huile d’argon. Repas le long de la rivière imposé mais sympa. Belle visite de la vallée de l’Ourika avec Samir notre guide et notre chauffeur a été très sympathique il nous a donné beaucoup d’explications sur la vie des berbères et des marocains.
