WiFi Router was waiting for us on our arrival at hotel (Pick up point), and were able to leave it at hotel on our departure (delivery point). Prompt and impressive communication from Vision Inc. who arranged this in Tokyo. Such a smooth transaction and the WiFi Router itself a nice size to carry around. It lost signal quite a few times BUT we were most of the time on the underground in Tokyo and it was just for a moment with it re-connecting straight away to the underground directions we were using. We only had a problem in the Asakusa area of Tokyo for some strange reason on both occasions. It was very good on navigating the whole of Tokyo to and including the whole of Kyoto, etc. To sum up: A whole lot better than we imagined it would be - reliable and when charged up easily lasted all day.

The experience was good. Mariko our guide was very kind. This trip was a good way to spend one day in Kyoto without having to worry about logistics. I wish though that some areas we would have more time but it's understandable given the time we've received as it's about 40-50 minutes between each site. Overall, I'm glad we did this tour. It was so much fun! I ended up being the only one on the tour which made it an even more personalized experience! It was a nice mix of tourist hotspots and local hangouts. Shoutout to my guide Luca who not only showed me all the delicious food but also added in cultural facts and personal stories which made the experience even more enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are a solo traveler like me! It is a lot of food so make sure to come hungry!

Amazing local restaurants and street food stands plus some hints on Osaka history presented by great guide/mate are the perfect combination for a excellent night out little far behind the major touristic dotombori area. And food very nice, yes could be challenging somehow but so distant from the classic I had in mind and imdeed so satisfatory. Little piece of joy mixed with cultural shock. Totally recommended both Osaka and the tour.

The tour with Luca was great! The food was delicious and loved the stories about the lacal food and the neighbourhood. I can really recommend this tour to everybody of every age. Make sure you don't eat too much before the tour because you will get a lot of food during the tour!

This was a fantastic night food tour with Andy, our tour guide. He took me to some super local places and described each delicious dish in great detail.
