Explore the best of the UNESCO certified and other historical sites of ancient Kyoto on this full-day adventure. Departing from Osaka, your first stop will be at the Kiyomizu-dera Temple. From here, climb to the most famous UNESCO sites in Kyoto, where you can admire panoramic views of the city below from the temple's privileged position on Higashi-yama hill. We were given a background of all the places we went to while we were still at the bus. Then when we reached the sites, we had enough time to explore the places on our own. Our tour guide, Hiromi, was very knowledgeable and sweet. She spoke English well. In addition, the bus ride was very smooth and we were able to rest while we were in the bus.
