Great experience to explore outside of the theme park locations to see the big friendly giants of the sea. I appreciate that the tour company waited for me when I was lost trying to find the pick up location in the morning, a very relaxing ride with our food provided leaving us to focus on the experience without having to run around organizing everything. I also appreciated the effort of the staff on the boat tour to try and find us manatees which unfortunately were not easy to find due to the unusually warm weather in February. The Homosassa Wildlife Park was a lovely experience and very easy to navigate around with an array of animals and bird life. The airboat ride was a fantastic finish as I had not been on one before and we were right up the front where the driver gave us a good spray of water! Overall great experience, thank you to all parties involved that made it a great day.

Jason was a wonderful guide. He told us about other things to do in the area. When we arrived at the space center he took us to the furthest exhibit hall, pointed out the best things to see and gave us an idea about how long each one should take so we could better budget our time. In the time the park was open, 10AM to 4PM, we were able to see approximately 80% of the park.

It delivers what it offers, not much more than that. There is an option “live guide” or “billet”. If you go for live guide, then it is a general introduction about the Space Centre at the beginning and then you are on your own. A serious deficiency is a pick up and drop off miles from downtown, leaving you without taxi options. It’s not really trip from “Orlando”.

Nice to have transportation and someone to talk about what we were going to see. Have to realize that the guide is not going to stay with the group while you tour the Visitors Center at the Space Station. He just gives you information and pointers on what to see first and what you can leave out if you run out of time.

Jason gave a very thorough description of the Space Center and what was recommended to see during the six hour day. He was extremely knowledgeable of the entire Space Center.
