- Wheelchairs are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis
- Tickets are non-refundable once issued
- Valid for chosen number of visits at any of the following parks: SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island Tampa Bay
- Visits can be used at the same park, or at any combination of different parks listed above
- The voucher is valid for 1 year from the booking date
- If you select a 2+ park option, you have one year from the booking date to complete all visits
