A lot of walking around, the castle grounds are very big. You don’t drop off for drinks etc so would be best to take these with you. At the end you can look around golden alley where they have cafes and little shops. It is very informative and the guide has so much knowledge to share with you.

Detailed visit of the Cathedral, the Basilica and the rooms of the castle that can be visited. Free time at Golden Lane. Extremely knowledgeable guide, comprehensive and interesting tour. The tour ends at the golden alley, not at the initial meeting point, so you have to get off independently (simply walk down Nerudova street) or exit the castle entrance and take the tram again (return ticket not included but purchasable on the tram)

This tour is not just Prague Castle but an overview of the city of Prague itself as well as a little bit of the Czech Republic. Perfect for the amount of time and a great introductory tour for a first timer to the city. Also for my family with young kids, it was perfect for them as well. Our guide was fantastic - humorous, personable, helpful and very knowledgeable.
