Overall all the experience was lovely. The guide was excellent. My hotel was is Ataşehir which is in Asian part of Istanbul and they didn't offered transportation for me and my family so we paid 1.000 Turkish lira for taxi from and back to our hotel. The agency didn't charge me less even if transportation was included in offer and I didn't used it not because of me but because of them as they said that their insurance doesn't cover my hotel are. They didn't refund me in any way. This is a minus point which I want to make sure that all the future customers will know.
