      The cook was unfortunately alone, as his actual help fell ill at short notice. So the whole course was very hectic and chaotic. For two (cook and his assistant) it would have been a better experience, but it was okay.

      The recipe, - very creative and delicious!

      I did not really learn something now. The course may be more for someone who has never been to the kitchen or for diabetics who need to be rescued from hypoglycaemia.
