We spent over 2 weeks in France, and this was DEFINITELY one of the highlights of our trip. It was my adult son's favorite part of the trip. Much of that was due to our guide, who went by the nickname Mitch (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). Most guides either lean towards being social with not as much facts or full of facts with less personality. Mitch was the PERFECT blend of both. We learned so much about Marais, but had lots of fun too. We really felt well taken care of by him, and were really grateful that we got him as a guide. The wine/meat/cheese tasting was definitely the highlight of the tour. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this tour, especially if you can get Mitch!

Everyone says that the guide Mitch is very good and I definitely agree! I did a food tour in Madrid, enjoyed it immensely and had low expectations for this one. Just as good, if not better. Single 50ish female but didn’t feel left out and the rest of the group was a lot of fun. Mitch is knowledgeable and personable and took us to great places. Do it, it is worth it!!

Our guide, Miche, was super. Friendly, knowledgeable & he also taught us a lot not only about the Marais but also about French wines. All the pastries were delicious and we really enjoyed tasting wine, cheese & charcuterie with Pierre. I will recommend this tour to others. Merci beaucoup! From Nancy & Amy

It's not just a food tour; you're going to get a history lesson as well. I was so impressed with our guides knowledge. I highly recommend taking any kind of walking tour on your very first day. It helps to alleviate the anxiety of being in an unfamiliar place.

Mitch was wonderful. Funny, knowledgeable and patient.
