After "Air" (owner, cook) picked us up at the hotel, we were allowed to visit a nice market together where he also bought various ingredients directly. He was happy to answer all of our questions about the various foods in great detail. Air has extensive knowledge, a lot of experience and brings this across with his healthy sense of humour. Afterwards we were allowed to prepare the food at his home, whereby his instructions were always very precise and the food was delicious. Air has a separate outdoor kitchen especially for this event, which is used exclusively for this purpose. The premises were modern, well maintained and very, very clean. Even beginners got their money's worth thanks to Air's support. We can warmly recommend this event and would visit Air again at any time.

One of our favourite experiences in Chiang Mai! We learned how to cook some traditional Thai dishes and they all tasted fantastic. We loved the organic farm tour where we not only picked fresh flowers and herbs, we also picked up fresh eggs from their chicken pen. It's so unique compared to other cooking school experiences we've tried.

Unbelievable experience, beyond expectations. The location is beautiful with food sourced from the garden on site. The food was incredible and we ate as we made each dish (make sure you come hungry as there is lots of food to eat!) also the staff are so lovely and informative. We had an amazing afternoon.

This was the best! We had such a great time. The chef was wonderful. He explained a lot and was so friendly! We learned a lot of Thai food and the cooking was fun!

Such a great day! Anne our chef was fab and we had such fun. Highly recommend but bring bug spray, it’s tropical!!
