fantastic service from start to finish. The night before booking I contacted them to request a specific pick up point. Was promptly answered & was no problem. Was contacted again prior to collection to make sure all was ok for pick up time. Was collected on time & contacted again to make sure I was collected & was comfortable and all ok. Seriously the western world could learn very much from the Vietnamese when it comes to giving polite & courteous service. Definitely recommend & would use again.
