Our guide was very knowledgeable about the zoo and what order to undertake activities to minimise queuing. The Tram was an interesting experience but is probably more worthwhile doing later in the night as sunset takes effect. We had to rush through our walk to come back for the light show. Unless your really interested in this I’d suggest to continue with the walks to experience more of the zoo animals. Food vendors were various and good value but you do have rush down your meal to get into the bird/wildlife show. So I’d suggest eating beforehand to give you more time for the walks.

Tram Ride around the Night Safari was excellent. You get pretty close to the animals. After the Tram Ride went to see a 25 minute show in the amphitheater which as very good. There are a number of food outlets on site if you get hungry or thirsty. All in all a very good activity.

I found it informative and fun but I love animals. I found out about a couple of animals I had never heard of before. The zoo has several areas and so different animals in each area. Therefore you could go back again in the day and see a completely different Zoo. It was great getting picked up from our hotel and taken as we saw more of Singapore and heard about the country by the guide about housing, buying cars and how forward thinking their government are in planning the future development of the country. It’s s a beautiful country/city, one of a kind.
