Fun way to see the falls. I went by myself and got harnessed as soon as I got up to the platform and then waited maybe 30 minutes before it was my turn to go. It was about to storm before I went so maybe that's why there was not a long wait. Your harness has a built-in backpack that all your belongings go in, so you are not able to record or take pictures with your phone on the trip down. At the end of zipline you have a good view of Horseshoe Falls. Once you exit you walk through a small building that sells souvenirs and you can buy photos/video of your ride down the zipline for $30. It was fun and a good experience. Would do it again

Amazing experience I would definitely recommend doing this. Great view of the falls. We did it at night which was lovely as the falls were illuminated.

Amazing experience! Great staff, quick and easy reservation made online with no long line ups or delays at the Falls. Highly recommend

Staff was very helpful and answered all my wife's questions who was very nervous.

I was very, very nervous, but the staff was very calming.
