I am really glad to have taken the trip and this agency did a very good job. While it is a long drive from NYC, the coach bus made the travel as good as possible + there was a stop every 2 1/2 hours. The places we stopped for lunch were quality restaurant/grocery stores. So all palette or cost was able to be accommodated. There was also a very interesting stop and walk at Watkins Glen Statepatk. The time spent at Niagara was very good and there was good amount of time for walking, looking and photos. Hotel was strictly for sleeping and was fine. The shopping was alright and did give some free time to walk and stretch. In total, I was happy I made this selection. I was a single. It was accommodating to all ages, nationalities.

Niagara Tour company is best tour company!!! This was absolutely fantastic!!Up close and personal right to falls. Loved Maid of the Mist. Tour guide, Dale, was the best- very knowledgeable about the geology and the history of area, especially on Tesla and harnessing the power of the Niagara and generating electricity. He was also good storyteller. Ample time to view the sights. Highly recommend.

From pickup to drop off we had a great experience. We were very lucky to have a small group (11) so hearing our guide (Jimmy) was easy. Loved getting wet!! Perfect time to go, early morning, we didn't wait in any lines.

The tour was the best idea. Not having to drive was a bonus. Our tour guide Jimmy was fantastic. We were able to just relax and enjoy the sights thanks to Jimmy and Gil.

Dave was a excellent tour guide. Would definitely recommend to my friends
