Meet in front of the Hard Rock Cafe located directly across the street from parking lot 1. Look for your guide, who will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the Niagara Falls tour to check you in. The uniform is a light blue polo shirt and khaki-colored pants/shorts.

Rob was an excellent tour guide. It was just the right amount of walking. Not strenuous at all. He had so many wonderful stories to share about the history of the Falls as well as the many attempts by people going over the Falls. The Maid of the Mist ride was awe! You can get up close and wet (mostly your face where the ponchos didn’t cover) or stay in an area where you can stay dry. Definitely worth it and a must see attraction!

Well organized, hardly had to wait, our guide Nate was totally enthusiastic and told us many interesting stories very vividly, so that the waiting time to get on the boat was very entertaining. You have to do the boat tour yourself, very impressive!

Our guide Darin, was AMAZING!! My husband and I both were walking with rollators. We both have a hard time keeping up. This tour isn’t for those who can’t be in the sun or can’t walk a 1/4-1/2 a mile. The guide and other your members were gracious and very helpful.
