We booked a tour and our guide was running behind. After almost 2 hours past our pick up time and multiple phone calls saying I will be there in 10 minutes only to not show up. As you can imagine we were beyond frustrated and had wasted a day. We called the company and asked to be rescheduled for the next day. Jared from see sight tours was amazing and made sure we were rescheduled. He then arranged a pickup the next day from a location accommodating to us. Our tour guide Saeed was great very knowledgeable and so kind. He went above and beyond to make sure our tour was perfect. He helped us avoid lines and told where to go to get the best viewing spots. He did everything he could to make this a nice memorable vacation and was very apologetic about what had happened the day before. He made what could have been a bad trip a good one. Great tour!!! Oh and we didn’t eat at the Anchor bar do to lack of service staff being able to accommodate the group. Steak, Stone & Sushi was a DELICIOUS!

The tour was an amazing experience! My tour guide Dana was fabulous! She was very informative and also resourceful. The tour was worth every penny and I wouldn’t have changed anything. My tour was on the pricey side but I would personally say that it’s worth it if you take all of the transportation and buying the tickets into account. My package was the day and night small group tour with dinner. Our group was very small which was nice and intimate because a big group can be overwhelming. Last night was truly a dream come true experience. Thank you see sight tours! I will 100% use this company again.

That was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! Dalton our guide guy was perfect!!! He was super professional and super friendly. Gave us a lot of tips to make sure we will see everything not wasting time. He taught us a lot and when he was talking you really want to listen to it!!!!!
