    The tour guide picked us up at our hotel on time. The tour was very interesting and covered all of the better viewing areas of the falls. The Maid of the Mist boat tour was great, even with all the spray from the falls.

    The tour was great. The bus stops at the grocery store about 3 hours into the trip. I highly recommend getting your breakfast and lunch at that time. The food options at the falls aren’t great. You get about 3/4 hours at the falls with the ride on the maid of the mist plenty of time to do the cave of the winds on your own. The guide was very nice and the ride has lots of good scenery.

    The guide Micol was very nice and professional, also she gave us some tips during the trip. The hotel in Niagara Falls was regular with bad breakfast. Only 1,5 hour in the outlet, it is not enough. The bus is not very comfortable. But the tour is totally worth it.

Mr Austin was amazing! He knew everything about everything!!! The Caves and the Maid of the Mist were glamourous excursions but the National Parks were the beauty and the walks were great exercise and provided exciting waterfall biews. Bring a plastic bag for your shoes and sweatshirts! Our guide was invaluabke for getting us in and out of attractions quickly! He was excited to treat us to these beautiful natural phenomenon!
