The experience itself over great. The issue I had was that I had already purchased my tickets online and have the information on my phone. When I got there I had to stand in line for close to an hour just to get paper tickets. We live in 2022 where everything is done electronically. Why should I have to stand in line where there was no social distancing going on in a warm building? Bring your system up to date.

The activity itself was so fun and I highly recommend. However, they do not tell you that purchasing a mobile ticket is the same as not purchasing a ticket at all. When you get there, you have to wait in the same line as those who did not purchase a ticket in advance. So there really is no point to purchasing early. PRINT YOUR TICKET in advance

The walk was amazing as we got up close to the Falls. Be prepared to get wet depending on wind conditions. Ponchos are provided and our hair still got wet. But it was a fun experience. However, need to note that if you are reserving the tickets online, you still need to join the line to redeem tickets. This is the part that baffled me. I thought the point of online purchase was to beat the line but the staff said their admission device could not work on online tickets. This certainly can be improved.
