Your tour starts from your hotel at 9 AM and takes you into the heartland of Vietnam. Learn about the everyday lives of the local farming community and enjoy a cooking class, where you will make three delicious Vietnamese dishes. Stop to visit a bakery to learn how the locals make French baguettes and learn how rush mats are woven at a family business. Enjoy some local coffee and learn how it's grown in Vietnam. Listen to stories about Weasel coffee and why the locals drink their coffee with condensed milk. Visit a noodle factory to learn the local process of making noodles for pho. Visit a local market to select the ingredients for your cooking class and spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating, and relaxing at Chef Dat’s family house in the countryside, complete with an organic garden and bonsai trees. Your menu depends on which dishes you are interested in cooking. If you are not sure what you would like to cook, Chef Dat will give you some suggestions and will make sure you can find ingredients on your home town to surprise your family and friends. After you've enjoyed your creations, return to your hotel where you'll be dropped off at around 3 PM.  

Your tour begins around 16:00 with pick-up from your hotel. Board the traditional junk boat at Nha Trang port. Once on board, witness the spectacular landscape of Nha Trang Bay at sunset. Enjoy cocktails and wine on deck as you are entertained by musicians playing against the stunning backdrop of stars, the moon, and the city lights. Experience the gastronomical pleasure of a 5-course seafood dinner on board, while being serenaded by the musicians. End your romantic dinner with drinks or cocktails in the lounge or on the deck before heading back to Nha Trang. Here your transfers will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel.  

The trip starts at 5:30PM at meeting point Nha Trang Center. We will make our first stop near Cham Po Nagar Temple to enjoy glutenous rice cakes dressed with different meats and leafy green seasonings. A quick “wrap-and-roll class” will be taken out. 2nd stop: grilled meat roll - an explosion of taste in your mouth with pork, variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits, also with the dipping sauce. 3rd stop: fish and jelly fish noodle soup - wrap up your main dishes by a representative dish of Nha Trang 4th stop: steamed rice roll - see yourself how this dish is made in a traditional way. Final stop is for dessert and there’s nothing can beat tropical fruit and smoothy. The trip ends around 8:30PM at the meeting point (Nha Trang Center) and you can enjoy the evening beach vibe.

It will be very fun riding on the back of a motorcycle through the streets of Nha Trang. We firstly try "Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa" - Ninh Hoa Grilled Fermented Pork Roll at a local restaurant. Taste this typical food at this local restaurant surrounding with many locals, you actually eat like a local and with the locals. Continue going to a famous street stall for "Banh Xeo Muc" - Nha Trang pancake. You can find Nha Trang pancake is specially made with squid instead of pork and shrimp like in other cities. You will then totally satisfy with "Bo Nuong Lac Canh" - Lac Canh grilled beef at a 40-year old specialty restaurant. This is a must-try not only because the meat is really good, but because you get to cook it yourself, adding excitement to your whole dining experience.
