    We purchased two sim cards for my partner and myself for our travel, we needed five countries one sim and they have worked perfectly in every country. Easy to install, just check you use it as your primary and turn the data off on your settings for your normal phone provider . Hassle free and excellent product ,

    I had never used an eSim before so the process was a little convoluted at first. The instructions given were quite good, however they needed to specify which mobile network to connect to. I am in Bali and there was at least 5 different mobile networks available. I tried 3 different networks and it still was not working so I figured there was a problem with the settings on my phone. Eventually I contacted the technical support via WhatsApp chat and they told me the correct mobile network to connect to (XL network) and it worked perfectly after that. Also, be aware that you need to have a second device that you can display the QR code that is sent after purchasing the eSim because you need to scan the QR code with the device you want to use the eSim on. I was travelling with friends and family so it wasn't a problem for me to send the QR code to them and then I could scan it. Overall I am happy as the price was reasonable, it was convenient and tech support provided help promptly.

    A parfaitement fonctionné après avoir eu des soucis de paramétrage que le service après vente a su efficacement régler via WhatsApp. Seul bémol: il faut deux téléphones/tablettes car sinon on ne peut pas auto scanner avec son téléphone le QR code du bon esim.
