What people are saying about Newcastle, Australia

Directions do say to dress warm however it was a warm day and so directions might be best to stress that out on the water at speed it can get pretty cold - I had a thin layer but needed a thick jacket, gloves and beanie would have been nice. The roof blocks the sun being a mid-morning outing and on the ride back my teeth were chattering I was that cold. A shame too as it was beautiful being out on the water and would have enjoyed it if I had layers to keep warm. Saw many dolphins including a large pod of 10 or more. Otherwise was nice hearing a bit of the history of the coastline. We're told a sunken ship can be seen when the water isn't so dirty from recent rain - which would make the experience cooler. Normally come across 'normal' dolphins as well apparently which are more playful and so come closer to the boat. I'd say we had an average experience but on a good day can imagine this could be magical for some.

Cruise experience was very good. Only disappointment was we were unable to spot any Dophins

We throughly enjoyed our cruise. With a beautiful coastline and very informative skipper.
