The app was easy to use: sign up, pay for ticket and show ticket on phone. I paid for me, mom and my three kids. It was a great experience and the weather was nice and sunny. I little chilly but with jackets we really enjoyed our time at liberty and Ellis island.

We had a great day for a sail to Liberty Island... only confusion was to stay on or get off the boat at Ellis Island. If that can be made clear upon departure, it would make for a perfect ride!

It is so convenient to have a tour guide. Our tour guide Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful which helped us save a lot of time and yet have a memorable experience.

We had an amazing experience with Central Park sightseeing. From the moment we arrived and called, we were sent a carriage just moments later. Very responsive and so nice.

Great value! Pleasant staff. Affordable on board snacks/drinks. Good boat and they even take a pic for you to take home for purchase, which was worth it!
