Get to know New York City's Lower East Side on a 2.5-hour walking tour with food tastings included. Quite nice, professional, decent charge on foot too. Route may profit from including stops at VERY exceptional locations, e.g., the Forward bld on E Bway, office of the socialist paper that once had a circulation beyond the beyond, today an apt bld that charges $9,000/month for a 2 bedroom. A better understanding of NYC!

Our guide Ben has been extraordinary! He explained the history of the jews in NY yesterday and today; he took us to several historical traditional jewish food stores in the quarter that we would have never found on our own. I suggest this tour if you are into history and food!
