The actual experience was good, the bikes were comfortable & the add-on of the basket/lock was good. The only issue was at collection/drop off-we waited 40+ mins at the agreed collection point which was scheduled to open at 8am leaving us not knowing what do do. We contacted via WhatsApp to be advised there was an emergency but someone was on their way. Then the lady could not access the computer further delaying our start. Then at the end of the hire we were asked to drop off at a different location where our ID had not been transferred to as promised, resulting in yet another 45 minute delay and some concern about whether we would get our ID back safely. To summarise a fun/different thing to do and a great way to see Central Park but disgruntled and unorganised staff caused some unnecessary delay.

Very good for the bike + padlock and map. However, I was not offered a helmet .. too bad! Just one problem: the agency had the door locked when I wanted to take the bike. Suddenly I called customer service and was able to take in another shop which was 5min walk (and even the next day since I had lost a bit of time already so on request they accepted without any action! Thank you !)

Everything went according to plan, good service staff, although a bit annoying when you make her choose other bikes that are not the ones they give you, later, everything is excellent. As a tip, use bike lanes, never walk with pedestrians or you will take the challenge of all of them.
