We had a fantastic morning! Pat was an entertaining and knowledgeable chef. She gave us an insight into the history of food in New Orleans and showed us how to cook some very tasty dishes. I've brought the recipes and spices back from holiday and am looking forward to cooking the dishes.
Gumbo, jambalaya, pralines, and bread pudding cooking demo and history lesson - including a full serving of each - well worth the price just for the amount of food. Come hungry!
Do not eat before the class, there is so much food. The cost of the class is definitely worth every penny.
My daughter and I loved the demonstration class. All the staff was friendly and the food was fantastic!!
We enjoyed this layer back lesson, that gave plenty of history but tips & tricks on cooking.
