They allowed me to propose during the ride and the manager that night even helped to capture the special moment. We are grateful for the extra accommodation. She said YES! The food onboard was amazing, and the band, who played a perfect rendition of happy birthday as a distraction, were the best we have heard so far into our forever. It was an over all nice experience. Most of the staff were very friendly. Docking was very fast easy (on and off). Not exactly sure of the name of the band that played but they were really good! The food was ok. Not many vegetarian choices which sucked because my husband and I are both vegetarian. An overall great experience and I’m sure we will do again in the future!
Danielle was a great tour guide. The plantation is BEAUTIFUL. We really enjoyed hearing about the history of the house, and taking in the gorgeous outdoor gardens. Even had lunch on property, best PoBoy we had all weekend. Highly recommend this tour and tour guide!
Great food! Buffet style New Orleans food, meat was perfect although the wife died for 2nds of the veggies. Well worth the dinner add on. Be prepared for chilly Mississippi River cool breeze.
Nice cruise, good food. Surprised that there was only one dessert option. Couldn’t get the Marigny mule drink they advertised-ran out of ginger beer. Bathrooms were disgusting.
