The around trip pick up was easy, driver was quick and polite. Check-in for the swamp trip was a breeze and there was less then a ten minute wait for the tour to begin. We had Captain Jamie who made the tour most enjoyable with his knowledge and jokes about the swamp. He answered questions and allowed us to photograph the alligators and we also held a tiny one.

This tour was so much fun! I recommend booking around noon or so because the first tour of the morning provides guides with a better idea of where the wildlife is. I had Bret as my guide and he was very entertaining and knowledgeable. He was really good about stopping long enough to get photos as well.

The tour was a perfect length of time to see & learn about the natural beauty near the New Orleans area. The shuttle ride home seemed a little confusing because some of the passengers from the two different boat rides did not get on the returning shuttle on time, so we had to go back to both drop off areas twice to pick up all of the people. Not really the tour company’s fault, but departure times & places should be made clear as people arrive at the boat docks to avoid this confusion.
