Full description

Our food and photography walking tour of Delhi is an immersive and memorable experience that will allow you to learn about the city's culture, history, and food while capturing its essence and beauty with your smartphone or digital camera, regardless of your photography expertise. Experience the bustling energy of Delhi's downtown as people start their day. Begin with a visit to a famous temple, then hop on a rickshaw to weave your way through the narrow streets, capturing the vibrant colors and lively actions of this famed old town. Delve into the vibrant food culture of Delhi that will leave your taste buds craving for more. At carefully selected food stops, you'll discover hidden gems that have been serving authentic delicacies for generations, each with their own unique history and flavor. Whether it's the aromatic Indian fried breads with potato gravy, delicious sweet Jalebi's, or the mouth-watering tangy & spicy chaat, you'll be spoilt with the diverse array of culinary delights. Come with an open mind, a hungry stomach, and a sense of adventure, and be prepared to be blown away by the flavors and aromas that make Delhi a food lover's paradise. Afterwards, get ready to be transported to another world as you visit Khari Baoli, Asia's famous centuries-old spice market. The air is heavy with the aroma of exotic spices that have been traded here for generations. Wander through the narrow lanes and let your senses be dazzled by the colors, textures, and scents of the countless spices on display. Hop on the Delhi Metro and move to the greener side of the city - the Lutyens Zone or New Delhi as it is called. Capture stunning shots of the magnificent Raisina Hill and other colonial buildings with remarkable architecture. Visit Gurudwara Sikh temple, a colorful place, and sneak into their giant kitchen preparing meals for up to 100,000 people. Frame the peaceful mood in your pictures. Then we do a sit-down lunch stop at a Mughal-Indian specialty restaurant, where you'll experience the rich and exotic flavors of Delhi's famous cuisine (if selected). With so many food choices in Delhi, you'll be spoiled for choice! After the indulging lunch, take a leisurely walk through the nearby Lodhi Garden at golden hour, and capture the vibrant hues of the iconic monument, perfect for your photo collection. With the perfect balance of food, photography, and culture – our food & photography walk is an experience you won't want to miss!

Faizy was a great guide and really tailored the experience to what we wanted (more of a focus on food than photography). He took us around a range of sites, tried some different street fruit and a few tuktuk rides. Such a great way to see Delhi and learn more about its history. Also a good way to try street food with an expert :) Thanks for the great day

I had a great tour with Faizy and would highly recommend him as your guide. Especially if you don’t have much time and are overwhelmed with so many things to see. Faizy completely tailormade the tour according to my interests and I felt that he took me to some truly special places that I certainly wouldn’t have gone to by myself. Faizy is kind and knowledgeable but doesn’t bombard you with information. If you have several days to spend, have him design a tour for multiple days. I’m sure it’s worth it!
