Our amazing guides (Michel and Alberto) were clearly experts of the route and guiding people up it. Our group was of varying abilities and our guides made sure everyone was comfortable and still had a great day in the area. All the way to summit, I felt great about how our guide kept the group motivated and safe the entire way. Our guides did more than just get us from point A and point B– they also were great conversationalists and teachers. Highly recommend! For people looking to book around the same time of year as us (mid-November), there was no snow. We may have lucked out with the perfect weather on our day (low-winds, ~40-50F). We also had little issues with traffic entering the park despite going on a Saturday.

Best experience ever! Our guides were friendly, attentive, professional, & attentive. I felt welcome since the moment I got to the meeting point, they make sure we had the appropriate gear before leaving. They took care of all of us while hiking. We took several breaks to make sure we were ok with the altitude. Overall it was a great experience and I’m so looking forward to go on another hiking adventure with them.

Allen and Santiago were the best guides for our Nevado de Toluca hike. It was the best judgement to call off the summit climb in the beginning as the moment we came down the storm sit and it started to hail. Amazing views and will be doing it again. Also please do your research while coming for this, air is thin at this altitude and hiking uphill is bit strenuous

Wonderful experience! The guides were very experienced and knowledgeable. They covered for everything, from transportation to hiking equipment, snacks, lunch and dinner. The hike and climb to the summit was tougher than I expected but the views were definitely worth it!

A nice hike. In order to reach the summit, however, one must also climb. The descent is steep and more of a slide than a walk. Very multifaceted hike and clear recommendation.
