Great day out overall. Did it with my husband and three teenage boys. Lots of thrills for them ! They loved the jumps. I watched on in awe! Instructors were brilliant , safety was at the forefront all the time. They knew where all the rocks were under the water ! A super day out. Have a decent breakfast in advance because you don’t get back to have your packed lunch until 2.30. You hike in your swim gear !

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hike was challenging and steep with rocky climbs, but every step was beautiful and breathtaking. Our tour guides were attentive throughout the full day experience; They were having as much fun as us. At the top of our hike we put our wet suits on and began the decent back down. It was amazing and terrifying (in a good way) all at once. We were allowed to jump from several cliffs, rappel down rock faces and through a small passage into a cave. The wildlife, plants, mountains, river every bit of the day was amazing! I did not want it to end. My husband and I are 50 years old and moderately active (hubby is less active). We were challenged a little on the hike and our sense of adventure was tested on some of the cliff jumps (which are optional). A few things to note: wear good sneakers, the rocks can be slippery; they will get completely wet (flip flops for after). You can’t bring your camera, they take pictures.

Very nice and expirenced tour guide. Lots of variety with tall jumps and small one. The grappling is extremely safe and you are all being watched and told what to do by the tour guide. The jumps are optional which is good for the people who aren't the best swimmers. The walk up the mountain is beautiful and there is lots of amazing views. The water is clear and clean and the wetsuits are very good. 10/10
