Following a pick-up from your hotel at 8:30 AM, transfer along the coast by air-conditioned vehicle. The early start ensures enough time to enjoy the program without rushing, and the program can always be changed to best suit your preferences. Admire the views on the 1.5-hour drive to Nazaré. The most probable time for waves to happen is between October and March but the local partner can only predict them a few days in advance. If there are no waves or the time you wish to spend seeing them is shorter than allocated, the local partner will always find alternatives in the nearby area to show you the best of Portugal's West Coast.

Begin your tour by meeting your friendly guide for the morning pick-up at your hotel or previously designated location. Head first to Fátima, approximately one hour away from Lisbon. We had a fabulous day and loved our guide Luis Miguel. He went out of his way to take us to a special market, and showed us interesting places along the way. We went to a fabulous cliff side restaurant in Nazarre and it was a truly memorable day. He was so knowledgeable and we really learned a lot about the area. Highly recommend!

The guided tour was very nice. We were picked up on time in Lisbon and then taken through the country side to Obidas and then to Nazare. Miguel was great. Super informative about the history of the various sites. Definitely recommend if you want to see Portugal and also learn.

Our guide, Miguel, show us many beautiful sites of his country, Portugal. We both had a fantastic day exploring and listening to Miguel tell us the history of the places that we saw.

The trip was excellent. Hugo knows the local history well, drives with caution and takes the best pictures. I highly recommend this tour with him. Amazing tour!
