We were excited to come to Napoli and experience it's wonderful food. The opportunity to take a pizza making class was a bonus! The restaurant, instructor, and staff were great. They were welcoming to tourists and provided a memorable experience. We were provided some of the best brushetta we have eaten while we took turns at the pizza oven. And, the pizzas were outstanding!

I gave this activity to my partner for Christmas with the hope of giving him a pizza experience and he did! Despite my mistake in the selection of the language Luigi, the landlord, proved to be a true professional and carried out the course in two languages to accommodate us. Needless to underline how much he appreciated this (although he didn't have to) especially from a human point of view. In addition to all the technical advice to obtain a real Neapolitan pizza, there was no shortage of laughter, sympathy and competence. In a short time he managed to convey all the love and passion he has for this job. A heartfelt thank you

Great introduction to the technique and recipe that underlies Neapolitan pizza our instructor was knowledgeable about what makes the dish authentic and distinct. If you are a skilled home cook looking for pro tips on dough shaping or sauce alchemy, this class is not that. The restaurant staff do the tricky bits so you end up with a good final product.
