The first pink tongues of sunlight flicker across the skies as the hot air balloon fills, then rises. Suspended in a basket beneath the rainbow-colored canopy, you will experience a wildlife viewing adventure from an entirely different perspective. Your hot air balloon flight lasts approximately one hour and 10 minutes, drifting wherever the air currents take you, with ample opportunities for photography and video filming. When your Kenyan hot air balloon safari finishes you will toast your return to earth with a champagne breakfast, cooked wherever you land. Your hour hot air balloon safari ends with a transfer back to your accommodation at in an open Jeep for easier game viewing.

Day 1 After pickup from your accommodation in Nairobi at 6:00 AM, you’ll head straight through the rift valley towards Narok Town. After a short break to stretch your legs, you’ll enter the Masai Mara National Park by 12:00 PM, where you’ll proceed to the lodge for lunch and check in. After lunch, relax in the camp until 2:30 PM, at which point you’ll head out on your first safari drive. Drive across the spotted plains, searching for the massive herds of wildebeest who migrate across the national park. With your expert guide, you’ll have the best chance of seeing the exceptionally large population of lions, leopards, and cheetahs that call the vast national park home. After your thrilling exploration of the park, you’ll head back to Goshen Mara Camp for dinner, and to settle in for a night's rest. Day 2 After an early-morning departure at 6:00 AM, you’ll check out of your room and head out on another game drive — perfectly in time to avoid the midday heat. Gaze out across the savanna as it is bathed in the colors of the sunrise, peering across the flat lands to catch a glimpse of a big cat. On your way back to Nairobi, you’ll visit a Masai village to learn about the complex and historic culture. Watch a traditional Masai dance that has been practiced for centuries, and learn about the lifestyle of a group so connected to the lands around them. Afterwards, you’ll stop in Narok Town for lunch, before heading back to your accommodation in Nairobi.

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game ReserveGet picked up from your hotel and drive to the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to take some pictures of the beautiful panoramic views. Then proceed to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at your lodge accomodation, enjoy some free time to settle in and relax. In the afternoon, experience your first game drive, your first up-close experience with African wildlife. Day 2: Masai Mara Game ReserveSpend the entire day game viewing and exploring the park’s high concentration of wild animals. Get up close and personal with cheetahs and leopards hiding amidst the acacia. In the afternoon, visit a traditional Masai village if you wish (additional fee of 15 USD). Be welcomed by a song and dance from the locals, a sacred ritual that forms part of their rich tradition. Get a glimpse into their local homes and way of life. Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National ParkStart the day with an early morning game drive. Afterward, depart for Lake Nakuru National park located in the Great Rift Valley. See the flocks of lesser and greater flamingos that turn the lake shores into a magnificent pink stretch. Watch out for over 400 native bird species such as white pelicans, plovers, egrets, and Marabou Storks. Here you can also see the white and black rhino and rare Rothschild’s giraffe. Day 4: Lake Nakuru – NairobiStart the day with an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru before heading back to Nairobi. Get dropped off at your hotel or at the airport.
