Not quite a "tour"

I booked this tour for my one full day in Nairobi and it suited my requirements quite well but was not entirely as expected/advised. I had two significant issues: 1. the guide was actually more of a driver - he drove me to and from each of the sites and the entrances were included but he didn't come in with me as a guide (even for simple tips such as to suggest where to best stand at the elephant orphanage). 2. the pickup time on my voucher was clearly listed as 8am, but the pickup wasn't until after 9am (this appears to have now been sorted in the description). Realistically, any earlier than I was actually picked up would have been ridiculous and I would have had lots of time to do nothing. Additionally, the time required for the tour (on a Sunday at least) is more than 7 hours as the Bomas show is later on that day and doesn't finish until 1715. The tour was excellent value for a single traveller and the driver/guide was flexible and had good English.
