With this option, visit the rail bike station in the morning before you visit Nami Island and The Garden of Morning Calm. You will have 2-3 hours at each venue and will be dropped off at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, Myeongdong Station, or Hongik University Station. On the non-rail bike option, you will be dropped off between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM, and on the rail bike option you will return between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

* Itinerary: Hotel Pick up (downtown area only) - Jogyesa Buddhist Temple - Changing of the Guard Ceremony - Gyeongbok Palace - Cheongwadae Sarangchae - Ginseng Center - Drop off at Myeongdong or City Hall area. Begin your tour from the hotel in Seoul downtown area between 8:00AM and 9:00AM. Stop first at the Jogyesa buddhist temple. Your tour will begin in Seoul, the vibrant capital city of South Korea. After meeting your tour guide and fellow travelers, you'll set out for an exciting day of exploration and discovery. The first stop of the day is the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, located in the city of Suwon, just south of Seoul. This magnificent fortress was built during the late 18th century by King Jeongjo of the Joseon Dynasty as a defensive fortification. As you approach the fortress walls, you'll be awestruck by their imposing size and well-preserved condition. Walk along the ancient walls and learn about the historical significance of this remarkable architectural masterpiece. Next, you'll visit Hwaseong Haenggung, a fortified palace complex. This palace served as a temporary residence for the Joseon kings and their entourage during their travels outside the capital. Admire the beautiful traditional architecture and imagine the grandeur of royal life during the Joseon Dynasty. Your knowledgeable guide will provide insights into the palace's history and the important events that took place here. If you choose a full day tour, you will have authentic Korean food for a lunch. (Menu: Ugeojitang or Kimchi-jjigae or Doenjang-jjigae or Naengmyeon) After great lunch, you will visit Korean Folk Village in Yongin. It introduces traditional culture from the late Joseon period to both local and international visitors through cultural classes experience, shaman faith, seasonal customs and others. Performances including nongak (farmer’s music), martial arts on horseback, traditional wedding ceremony, and other special events are available by season. To start your adventure, you will head to the Changdeokgung palace; the name itself meaning "to brighten virtue." Changdeokgung is Korea's most successfully preserved palace and a UNESCO world heritage site. *Changdeokgung Palace will be replaced to Jongmyo Shrine on Monday as it is closed on Monday. Explore the Insadong antique shop alley, to experience the traditional culture of Korea in the heart of the city. With art galleries, traditional craft stores, antique art dealers, traditional tea houses and restaurants, this street cannot be missed. Then make your way to Namsangol Hanok village located between the tall buildings in the middle of a normal city scene. This village has 5 restored traditional Korean houses, a pavilion, a pond and a time capsule as well, making it a perfect spot to take a leisure walk. On the grounds you can try traditional games such as: neolttwigi (seesaw jumping), tuhonori (arrow throwing) and yutnori (traditional board game).  Afterwards you will visit Namdaemun gate (Sungnyemun or South gate) and walk in and admire the gate. Next, visit Namdaemun market, which dates back to the Joseon Dynasty. This open-air market is just a few minutes from Seoul’s ancient Namdaemun gate (Sungnyemun or South gate). It is close to the downtown area and a number of deluxe hotels, and boasts an impressive selection of merchandise.  At the end of the tour, you will visit Cheongha Korea Ginseng. Ginseng is first mentioned in “Ji Jiu Zhang” during Han dynasty of China as herb used widely in the orient for so many diseases and ailments. It is a plant which had been regarded as a panacea, a cure all. In the studies, Korean ginseng shows best performances in adaptogenic properties.
