Get picked up at your accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City and head to My Tho by bus. Stop at the Vinh Trang pagoda on the way. Continue to My Tho and take a boat trip along the Mekong River. During the cruise, see fish cages and floating houses. Cruise around the beautiful Dragon, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands, and stop at Unicorn Island to walk the village paths and enjoy tropical fruit fresh from the orchards. Listen to authentic folk music performed by the locals, visit a fruit plantation, and then make your way along the Thoi Son canal by sampan. Stop to visit a family business and a bee-keeping farm, savor honey tea, and go to a coconut candy workshop. Cycle around Tan Thach village in the afternoon and meet the locals to experience everyday life in the Mekong Delta, or relax on a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze. Proceed to Can Tho for your overnight stay in a centrally located hotel. Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L) Have breakfast at the hotel. Take a leisurely boat ride to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River). Then, visit the Cai Rang Floating Market, the most vibrant floating market in the area. Enjoy a walking tour of the local noodle factory. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda, a Khmer temple, famous for its unique structure. Then, go by boat to visit the fruit plantation and enjoy seasonal fruit. Return to Ho Chi Minh City after lunch at the end of your experience.

DAY 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho 7.30 am: The car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. One the way, you can stop for taking a photo and enjoying the nice scenery of green rice fields, the peaceful Vam Co Dong river. 9.30 am: Visit Vinh Trang pagoda – the biggest pagoda in Mekong Delta. It best reflects the soul of Mekong River Delta with a unique structural style. After that, we take a leisurely boat ride along the river to enjoy fresh air and escape the busy town. See the typical stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Go to Tortoise islet for lunch in the orchard garden with local fresh specialties. Then, the cruise through the shadows of the water coconut trees will take you to Ben Tre. Come to visit the traditional house: enjoy seasonal fruit and honey tea with lemon when listening to the Southern Vietnamese folk music (performed by the locals). Visit a family business to learn how to make coconut candy. Go for a walk through the fruit plantation and villages to enjoy the natural scenery, observe the pastoral life and take nice photos. Arrive to Can Tho. Overnight in the hotel. Free time to visit Ninh Kieu Wharf, Can Tho Market or taste the delicious local dishes. DAY 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City 7.00 am: pick you up in hotel in Can Tho after breakfast. You will take the boat trip to along on the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River and visit the amazing Cai Rang floating market. You get to experience water commerce from the large cargo vessels to smaller sampans weave. Try some of the amazing, unique local food and to take a closer look at life on a boat. After exploring the floating market, you will wander around the village, see the orchard garden and try your best to cross a Monkey bridge which is built by only one bamboo tree. Besides that, you have a chance to experience how to they make rice vermicelli noodle. Stop for lunch before the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City. 5.00 pm: Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City. After being picked up from your hotel at 8 AM by your private car and tour guide, drive for 2-hours out of Saigon to My Tho City, known for its lush orchard gardens and traditional folk music.  Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to see 4 islets which are represented as four mythical animals in Southeast Asia: Dragon, Kirin, Tortoise, and Phoenix. At Kirin islet, visit a honey bee farm and a coconut candy workshop where you can taste the local specialties and see how the delicious sweets are made by hand. Walk through the orchard gardens to taste some seasonal tropical fruits and listen to some folk music. Relax on a rowing boat cruise as you journey through a mangrove palm canal then continue your trip with a horse-drawn carriage ride through the village to experience the way locals traveled in the 19th-century. After eating lunch at a beautiful riverside restaurant, head back to Can Tho City and enjoy free time in the evening to explore. Stay overnight at your hotel.  On the second day, you have 2 options to meet your guide: at 5 AM or 7 AM. If you choose 5 AM, then you can have breakfast after coming back to your hotel from the floating market. If you choose 7 AM, you should have breakfast before meeting the guide. Even though Cai Rang Floating Market is open all day, the perfect time to catch the lively atmosphere is at around 6 AM. Cruise along the Hau river from Ninh Kieu Wharf. Sit back and relax as our sampan (a traditional motorised boat) takes you along the serene canals. Next up we get back on dry land of the Tan Phong island. After a quick stop-off at a tasty fruit orchard, we will experience the enchanting music of Vietnam as guests of a local performance and take a guided bicycle tour of this marvelous island. Along the way we will visit native families and learn how these locals use the land to craft everything from delicate rice paper to the sturdy roofs of their homes. ** Scooter accommodation can also be provided** After our special Mekong lunch, we’ll transfer back to our boat and into the smaller canals of the delta. We will see the handicraft of local merchants preparing delicious coconut candy, rice-wine, unique hand-crafted pottery and bricks made from scratch. Then we’ll head to the Vinh Long Pier and market where you can see even more of the specialties Mekong has to offer. Finally we will board the bus to drive to Chau Doc to reach your accommodation. Once we arrive we can head out for dinner at the marvelous night market or you can have some time to relax at your chosen hotel. Day 2: Chau Doc - Tra Su Bird Sanctuary - Overnight in Can Tho This morning we'll check out early ready for a scenic drive to the amazing Tra Su Bird Sanctuary. At this peaceful, tranquil location we will pass through canals in the forest, to observe wading birds. After the sanctuary, we will take a short motorbike drive to the Tra Su forest. Prepare to be dazzled by this enchanting place, filled with mossy green waterways lined with beautiful cajuput trees. After Tra Su, we w'll drive to visit the impressive Ba Chua Xu temple set at the foot of the Sam Mountain. Once we have completed our visit here we will take a unique Xe Loi bicycle rickshaw trip through the surrounding villages. We will end at Ba Sa fish square before driving to Can Tho for our overnight stay. Once we arrive here we will drive you to your chosen hotel.
