This special full-day tour takes you from Ho Chi Minh city to two major attractions: Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta 7:45AM. We will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city by a VIP Car (with seats luxuriously designed in passenger cabin) and head to Cu Chi tunnels where you will explore and learn about the Vietnam War resistance the US Forces. You can crawl short distances through the tunnels. Learn about how different types of booby trap - the symbol of guerrilla warfare - were created and set up. 11:30AM. We depart for Mekong Delta. On the way, we stop by at a local restaurant to enjoy a lunch with Vietnamese Cuisine (Vegan food available) 13:30PM. Arrive Mekong Delta, take a small row boat to paddle along the small canals under fronds of coconut trees lining both sides. Get on the motor boat to cruise to the coconut island. We disembark at a local family to enjoy tropical fruits, taste honey tea, honey wine, see how the local products are made, and enjoy a live local music performance performed by the villagers. Strolling along the countryside roads to get to know the locals going about their day. Relax with the peaceful atmosphere, then say goodbye and depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Around 6:50PM. Arrive Ho Chi Minh city. We take you back to your hotel.

DAY 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho 7.30 am: The car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. One the way, you can stop for taking a photo and enjoying the nice scenery of green rice fields, the peaceful Vam Co Dong river. 9.30 am: Visit Vinh Trang pagoda – the biggest pagoda in Mekong Delta. It best reflects the soul of Mekong River Delta with a unique structural style. After that, we take a leisurely boat ride along the river to enjoy fresh air and escape the busy town. See the typical stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Go to Tortoise islet for lunch in the orchard garden with local fresh specialties. Then, the cruise through the shadows of the water coconut trees will take you to Ben Tre. Come to visit the traditional house: enjoy seasonal fruit and honey tea with lemon when listening to the Southern Vietnamese folk music (performed by the locals). Visit a family business to learn how to make coconut candy. Go for a walk through the fruit plantation and villages to enjoy the natural scenery, observe the pastoral life and take nice photos. Arrive to Can Tho. Overnight in the hotel. Free time to visit Ninh Kieu Wharf, Can Tho Market or taste the delicious local dishes. DAY 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City 7.00 am: pick you up in hotel in Can Tho after breakfast. You will take the boat trip to along on the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River and visit the amazing Cai Rang floating market. You get to experience water commerce from the large cargo vessels to smaller sampans weave. Try some of the amazing, unique local food and to take a closer look at life on a boat. After exploring the floating market, you will wander around the village, see the orchard garden and try your best to cross a Monkey bridge which is built by only one bamboo tree. Besides that, you have a chance to experience how to they make rice vermicelli noodle. Stop for lunch before the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City. 5.00 pm: Arrive to Ho Chi Minh City. We’ll pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel in the early morning, and you’ll travel with your English-speaking guide to the Cu Chi tunnels. The drive is around 60 km. At Cu Chi you’ll be shown a documentary film about the tunnels and learn how the locals made bamboo traps, rice-paper and rice-wine. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore the web of underground tunnels dug by Vietnamese resistance fighters. After exploring the tunnels, we’ll drive to My Tho. This is one of the provinces that comprise the Mekong Delta area. We’ll cruise by boat along the upper Mekong through a region with islands named after 4 animals that appear in Buddhist writings – Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Turtle. On this part of the tour you’ll observe some of the activities of regional Vietnamese daily life and appreciate how life here depends on the River. We’ll then take you on a trip by rowboat along the small waterways. You’ll see the agricultural richness of the delta region in its fruit orchards, coconut groves and bee-keeping farms. We’ll stop so you can enjoy honey tea, seasonal fruit, fresh coconut candy and southern Vietnamese folk music. At the end of our tour we’ll drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel at around 18:00.

First, be picked up from your hotel and after about 1.5 hours, you will reach Cu Chi tunnels. On arrival, through a short video, you are given an introduction into how the Cu Chi Tunnels were made and how the Vietnamese people suffered the hardships during the period of war. Be taken to discover the remaining area and a part of the tunnel network which embraces special living areas – kitchens and bedrooms side by side, and martial facilities – weapon factories, storage, command centers, and field hospitals. Additionally, learn about dangerous traps and hidden trap doors inside the maze-like tunnels for the guerrillas’ security purpose during the wartime. Interestingly, taste special tea and cassava which was once the everyday food of the former Vietnamese guerrillas. Have lunch at a local restaurant and then visit My Tho city. Take a leisurely cruise along Tien River. After, pay a visit to a coconut candy mill, a family business, then be taken down the small canals by wooden sampans to soak up the pleasant atmosphere of the river region. Savor seasonal fruits, take a sip of honey tea and get a sense of Southern Vietnamese folk music through music performed by the locals. You will return to Ho Chi Minh City at approximately 7:00 PM.

Depart at 7:00AM. Our tour guide & car wil pick you up at your hotel and drive to the historic city of Cu Chi Tunnel. Watch an informative documentary to discover more about the tunnel network and its regionally created traps.. Discover more about the handmade weapon and traps, as well as the numerous secret trap doors and hazardous traps within the maze-like tunnels. Explore the city's complex network of tunnels, where you may crawl through tight areas and see how interconnected the kitchens, bunkers, hospitals, and meeting rooms are. At the National Defense Sports Shooting Range, you may experience real-life combat by firing an AK-47. (extra for shooting gun). Before heading to My Tho, a province in the Mekong Delta, take a break at noon to take in a traditional Vietnamese lunch. After you arrive, go on a boat and travel up the Mekong. Discover the area of the Delta that consists of four islands with the names of animals: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. Continue strolling along the village road and take a bike ride around the island. Stop by the orchard garden to sample seasonal fruits and fresh honey while listening to folk music.
