1. NYC: Guggenheim Museum Entry Ticket

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is Frank Lloyd Wright's modernist architectural masterpiece housing its world-renowned collections of modern and contemporary art. The building was recently named a UNESCO World Heritage Site — one of two in New York — the other being the Statue of Liberty. Once you arrive at the Museum, skip the admissions line and head straight for the information desk to check-in. Your ticket gives you unlimited time to discover all that the museum has to offer. Founded on a collection of early modern masterpieces, the Guggenheim Museum today is an ever-evolving institution devoted to the art of the 20th century and beyond.  Connect to the Museum's Wi-Fi and download the Guggenheim's Digital Guide, available for free on the Bloomberg Connects app. Access audio guides and downloadable exhibition texts for each exhibition on view, as well as information about the permanent collection and the Frank Lloyd Wright building. The audio guide is available in 11 languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, and Arabic. Exhibitions on View: • Vasily Kandinsky: Around the Circle - through September 5, 2022• Gillian Wearing: Wearing Masks - through June 13, 2022• Thannhauser Collection - ongoing

New York: Best of the Metropolitan Museum 2-Hour Tour

2. New York: Best of the Metropolitan Museum 2-Hour Tour

Avoid wandering around the Metropolitan Museum in New York lost and confused, and discover the highlights of the museum's huge collection with an expert guide. Tour in small groups of no more than 15 participants (for a more intimate experience), following a carefully-planned itinerary that starts in Ancient Egypt. See perfectly preserved Ancient Egyptian tombs, and tiny dioramas that show what life was like in the times of Tutankhamun. Learn about their burial rituals in the Egyptian mummies area, and see the Met’s mascot “William.” Continue to the Temple of Dendur, and discover a temple of Ancient Egypt smack in the middle of Central Park! Your guide will provide all the gossip about this and other exhibits, such as how Jackie O procured the Temple of Dendur for the Met; tales about the armor of Britain’s infamous King Henry VIII; and how some think the Antioch Chalice may be “The Holy Grail.” See ancient works of Greek statuary and Roman frescoes, before moving to the exotic exhibits from Papua New Guinea. Admire beautifully carved Bisj poles collected by a Rockefeller, at the cost of his life. Then, head to the 2nd floor to soak in some of Claude Monet’s dreamlike “Water Lillies.” Be energized by the expressive works of Vincent Van Gogh, and inspired by a bronze of Rodin’s “Thinker.”

Our guide, Katie, was knowledgeable, friendly and truly attentive to her guests. With the guidance of Get Your Guide help desk even if we were 15 minutes late they connected with Katie who left our tickets at group check in and we were able to catch up and join the group! Katie was welcoming and had great insights of The Met which we would not have known on our own. I have a special needs child, so close to the end of our two hour he could not pay attention anymore, but Katie was very patient and accommodating. She still tried to get him engaged. Overall a 5 star experience despite mishaps we caused at our end!

Buying the tickets ahead of time was easy. I enjoyed a leisurely afternoon roaming through the museum on my own. It was my first trip to the Guggenheim. I enjoyed how the museum had growing exhibits through all the floors. It appeared to have continuity.

nicely presented waited for us being 15 minutes late - security line outside the museum Please amend your advice to include the wait and line outside the museum - it took 45-60 min to get into the museum

Katie was amazing.. I want her to show and tell me about EVERYTHING. Could spend hours and hours with her.

Absolutely beautiful and unique! I love the exhibits on display. The cafe had nice coffee, too!
