Many of the headphone jacks didn’t work on the buses. About half of the stops on the regular route we’re cancelled for one reason or another. Other than that, it’s a good value.

Carlos was knowledgable and w effortlessly went from Spanish to English. Was very helpful getting us booked in a restaurant he recommended. Restaurant was excellent.

Fine, but ambiguity about maps of the bus on paper, not on paper. Stadium Tour fine just no visit to the changing rooms or the field as stated

Very nice way to discover the city. We used the plan all weekend.

Good experience just needs more identification of stops for users
