2. Paris: Musée d'Orsay Guided Tour with Options

A visitor will quickly understand why the Musée d’Orsay is consistently ranked the favorite museum of Parisians themselves. I am so happy I chose to do a tour instead of roaming the museum myself. Liliya Goldenberg Was my tour guide and the way she lead us through the museum was perfect. She taught me so much about the rise of Impressionism and what the world was like when these artists came on the scene. She had so many great stories about the different artists that you don’t see on the plaques by the paintings. One was a theory that Van Gogh did not cut of his own ear. Want to hear the full story? You will have to take her tour. A+ I left knowing a lot more about Art History along with seeing these masters work in person.

Our guide, Hervé, was phenomenal! His passion for art and history was infectious. Every museum we visited subsequently was a richer experience because of the knowledge he imbued. Simply fantastic! Do not hesitate to book this tour. We booked by chance, not knowing the tour company or seeing any reviews. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this tour.

I live in Paris but hardly ever get a chance to explore the city- the tour with Sam was so fantastic, he was flexible to adjust it according to interest, was lovely and full of knowledge, clearly passionate about art, I learnt so much!

Our tour guide, Herve, was knowledgable and engaging, and did a great job of navigating our group through a crowded museum with a confusing layout!

Very nice guide with full of interesting art history
