I enjoyed this easy day-trip via train from Munich to Dachau and learning about the atrocities that happened there. This is something in America that we learn about but are somewhat removed from, so being here and walking around and learning up-close what happened was horrifying. The guide was good and friendly and easy to find at the meeting point. There was more political talk than I'd like with a mixed group bc it's best to keep that out of conversation whenever possible and change the subject, not poke at the members of the group and their nationalities. Otherwise, was a good tour.

Our tour guide Mat was great. He was very knowledgeable and added a lot of value to the tour. We definitely learned a lot during the tour thanks to him. There is a lot to cover for this topic and Mat did a good job on condensing the info into an interesting and concise way. He also was very personable and full of recommendations. Best tour guide we’ve had. Highly recommend this tour.

Mat, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and brought Nuremberg and it's history to light. His use of old photos, helped us to really feel where we were and his insights left us with a lot to think about. From start to finish, he was happy to share his passion for history and the debate on the way home on the train, particularly thought-provoking. Will definitely be reading the books he recommended.
