Actually I thought the tour would allow me to do more trekking between the craters, maybe we should review the times and allow more stops to better enjoy the place. The excursion inside the long cave was very interesting. Perhaps that day we were too many to be managed at best. However beautiful experience

I was picked up about 40 minutes later than planned, but the tour went longer accordingly. The lava cave was interesting and the guide explained a lot about this cave. On the Etna the hike was very exciting, and a lot was told about Etna. In addition, the weather was constantly changing, which makes this tour an experience. Honey tasting and lunch were good too. Guides were very fun and nice. They were able to answer any questions that were asked. I can highly recommend this tour!

I would advise you to be more attentive to the wishes of the client! We asked for a Russian-speaking guide, we were promised, this is recorded in the order. As a result, they sent an Italian who was supposed to conduct an excursion in English !!! Nobody spoke Russian! The fact that we asked for special shoes (and this is also recorded in the correspondence), Paolo - our guide - did not know anything! He was not warned about this! It is good that he personally had shoes of our sizes in the car. Only thanks to our loyalty, the fact that I know a little Italian, and Paolo, taking personal initiative, repeated the tour for me in Italian (and I, in turn, translated my friend), the tour took place! Thanks again Paolo personally. But here the work of the bvl agency, to put it mildly, is not up to par! I don’t think I’ll advise anyone to contact!
