One of the best mountain experiences I have ever had! Our guide Pepe was very friendly, experienced and took care of us really good. He knows Etna very well and as we had very strong wind that day, we had to skip some of the parts he had planned. Nevertheless he showed us other parts of the mountain that were also super interesting! The hiking to the summit was challenging but it was definitely easier than it looks like. He had managed to keep good pace comfortable for everyone and as we were on the top it was totally worth it! The day was very good organized by Mary, who is VERY responsive to messages and has helped us a lot finding transportation to the meeting point. In case you don't have appropriate hiking shoes or jacket, they will provide you with some at the beginning. All in all this guys have great organisation, are really professional with what they are doing and are super friendly and nice! I highly recommend them! PS. Bring sun glasses and a scarve, super important if windy

Max was fantastic. He was incredibly patient with a member of our group who was not able to handle the strenuousness of the hike. This hike really is for intermediate or advanced hikers. The altitude, terrain and steepness can be difficult. He did a great job of taking some breaks to teach us about the volcano and its activity. Unfortunately it was too cloudy at the top to see into the crater. I picked this tour because the gear was included and it was definitely needed! My husband only had shorts and Max gave him some long pants. We both needed boots (and we bought hiking socks in the gift shop), ski jackets and gloves. It is incredibly windy and cold at the summit!! An amazing adventure to trek across lava fields from just a few years ago.

Really nice experience with a great company, from start to finish! Great organisation and friendliness from Mary, starting from messaging us the day before with a list of equipment needed to providing us with all the equipment included in the tour plus extra equipment we didn’t have like warm coats and a proper backpack. Pepe our guide was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, always with our safety in mind. Highlight recommend this company if you want to go up to mount Etna’s summit!
