The hike to the lake is 8 kilometers long and takes about 2-2.5 hours each way. The hike is along a paved roadway and is not difficult. You'll enjoy beautiful views along the walk including several mountain waterfalls. At the end of your visit to the lake, you'll hike back to the starting point and then head back to your hotel in Krakow.

Zakopane carries the proud name of the "skiing capital of Poland" and its the country's most popular holiday resort. From Zakopane, move on to Chocolow and visit the Chocholowska Baths, the largest thermal complex in Podhale. The water here is extracted from a depth of nearly 3,600 meters (11,811 feet) and submerged rocks emit beneficial micronutrients such as sulfur, calcium, magnesium, and sodium. Unwind for 3 hours in the 8 whirlpools of thermal water, the swimming pool brine bath, and the outdoor swimming pools, all with a temperature of 36° Celsius (97° Fahrenheit).

Start your day with pickup from an English-speaking driver in a comfortable, air-conditioned car and head of to see beautiful Zakopane. Choose from four different tour packages and see the sights you are most looking forward to.   Package I - Tatra National Park. Hike along the Valley of Five Lakes to Morskie Oko Lake for breathtaking views. The route to Morskie Oko is an approximately 2-hour walk through an easy tourist trail, followed by 5 hours of free time in the National Park. On the way back, your driver will show you Chochołów, a still inhabited medieval village. If you wish, you can extend this option with spare time in the center of Zakopane or spend up to three hours in the thermal baths.  Package II - Cable car to Kasprowy Wierch Peak and Zakopane city center. Enjoy an excursion to one of the highest points, located centrally in the Tatra range, Kasprowy Wierch. After reaching the summit, enjoy 1.5 hours of free time and then return. Next, your driver will take you to Krupówki Street, where you will have about 2 hours of free time. On the way back, your driver will show you Chochołów. It is possible to extend the tour with up to 3 hours at the thermal baths. Package III - Funicular railway to Gubałówka Mountain and Zakopane city center. Ride the funicular railway to reach Gubałówka, where you will see a beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. After returning to the city, on the way to Krupówki, visit a highlander's market full of local products. Then, visit Krupówki Street, where you will find traditional cuisine, souvenirs, and shops. On the way back, your driver will show you Chochołów. The package can be extended with a visit to the ski jump or spending up to 3 hours in the thermal baths.  Package IV - Funicular railway to Gubałówka Mountain, Zakopane city center, and Bukovina Thermal Baths. In this option, after 3 hours spent at the top of Gubałówka and on Krupówki Street, you will visit the Bukovina Thermal Baths, offering indoor and outdoor thermal waters, sports pools, slides, jacuzzis, saunas, and a restaurant.
